Meeting in Dushanbe international airport transfer to hotel. After breakfast start of program. Sightseeing in Dushanbe, Visit to Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments and Museum of Antiquities and Hissor fortress with complex of museum and medresse, coming back to hotel, dinner in the national restaurant Rokhat and relaxing.
We will have breakfast and leaving Dushanbe for Kurgantube. Exploring Kurgantuber and having lunch. We will visit Ajinateppa and museum local market Ismoili Somoni overnight at hotel
we will drive from Kurgantube to Shartuz and visiting Tahti Sangin. We will have lunch and visiting Takhti Sangin and then driving to Chilichorchashma in Bishkent and going back to Shahrituz overnight
we drive to Norak via Kurgantube Yavon. Visiting Nurek Dam which was built in 1980 on the Vakhsh River 75 km east of Tajikistan's capital Dushanbe. It is currently the tallest dam in the world with highest point located 310 m above its basement. Enjoying the beauty of the lake. Wondering around. Having lunch by the lake. Resting. Overnight in homestay.
We will drive from Nurek to Dushanbe and then to Iskandarkul Lake. Along the way, we will pass through Varzob Gorge, and over the Anzob Pass (3,373 m). Iskandarkul Lake is named after Alexander the Great and is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Central Asia. It is surrounded by the peaks of Chimtarga, Hazormech, Sarima, and Gazni. Alexander's armies passed this way on their route to conquest. There will be time for a short walk to see a 30m-high waterfall, snake lake and cave. Your accommodations will be in a clean, comfortable cottage.
After good relaxation we will leave Iskanderkul for Artuch. Artuch one of most beautiful campsite place for young tourists. We will hike a bit to chuqurak place to the top of mountain and coming back. overnight in Guest house
We will explore anther direction of Artuch and driving to Haftkul. First will visit first lake then second lake, then third lake, then fourth lake, then fifth lake having lunch on six lake driving to the bottom of seven lake and hiking about 3 km to seven lake after exploring the lake coming back to six lake staying overnight.
We will drive back to Panjakent taking photo passing by goldent mountain and having lunch in Panjakent and you will have free time to make friend with local people.
We will discover all part of Panjakent like museum, local market and other historical place. Panjakent was re-discovered in the mid-twentieth century and is still an active archaeological site. Visit the excavation site of the ancient Sogdian city from the 5th to 7th centuries. Sogdians were important traders during the that day of the Silk Road trade routes and are thought to have been Iranian in origin. Panjakent is often referred to as the "Pompeii of Central Asia." Visit the Panjakent Museum. Then continue to the ancient settlement of Sarazm, which is said to have existed 3400- 2000 B.C. Numerous homes, religious buildings, and palaces have been excavated in Sarazm. Many articles made of copper, bronze, lead, silver, and gold, as well as weaponry and ornaments of the 4th to 2nd millennium B.C., have been found at the site. You will be accommodated at a modern and comfortable hotel.
After breakfast at 8-00 AM we will visit Sarazm and having, lunch and then drive to Tajik/Uzbek border and crossing through border and then drive to Samarkand.
